I am built for comfort, I can't do that funny running thing for too long, Ivor tried to force me into that last week lol.
Small spurts of running is ok.

Running about fair enough, but I'll tell you now, I'm not pulling, pushing or carrying field guns, stretchers, telegraph poles or other sundry bulky/heavy objects. I don't go airsofting to play draught horse or stretcher bearer. So any of the aforementioned objects making an unwelcome appearance on Sunday will find themselves "accidentally" shoved into the nearest ditch, there to remain while the team gets on with killing the bad guys, victory conditions notwithstanding.

it is ridiculous isn't it?, Language just becomes more and more diluted and destroyed many people nowadays just talk in slang which just pollutes the English Language even further.

thats how language evolves, english is latin based most of our words are ridiculous to latin

Yes but Language now is becoming less intelligent and more lazy, even more so than modern English, not all change and evolution is a good thing unfortunately, but it is a sign of the times
