id love to know who said they wanted it only to not turn up. there should be a bonus or reward scheme thought up for people who firstly say they will be there then actually turn up and for people who say they will then dont to be retremanded or for people who turn up on the day without letting us know to be deducted points. just a thought it might make things easier encouraging people to let sam know how many will be actually turning up on the day

WOW Reprimanding paying customers is abit harsh. Plus guys you need to remember this is not the army and no one is required to play at Sams. It's a business and Sam put a message on the forum for interest and he got the information he required. If someone says they are interested in a Boxing day shoot, but find closer to the time that family have invited them to Boxing day dinner. What can you do? People don't run there lives by airsoft, but I do understand some players disappiontment that it is not possible to run a game due to numbers that is understandable.

I must admit I would agree with DC, punishing customers is a little out of touch with reality. Though I do understand the dissapointment of others about the shoot

no you dont know what i mean i dont mean punish them in a bad way a fun way that can happen the next time they are down, what i mean is like a rewards points scheme like tescos does with their club cards, if u say your gonna be down +1 point if you actually turn up on said day +1 point if you do not turn up when said -5 points. and maybe the points could be used for discount at the site be it a days shoot for 300 points or a smoke grenade for 50 points. it would encourage people to turn up more regularly and not to let people down by saying they will be down and then not turn up. i think theres a said number of people that sam expects to see down every week (being that they are usualy down every week) and when someone doesnt turn up we wait and wonder for 30mins etc for them to turn up for them not to turn up in the end its frustrating. i know people have other commitments and something may come up at the last minute. i myself would be down every week if i could but in my line of work i can be rota'd to work any day of the week so when i do get a sunday off i make sure im not doing anything that day other than play airsoft. planning ahead isnt that hard theres usualy a thread about a certain days shoot up weeks in advance and if there isnt then make one yourself and plan ahead and book it off work or tell your mrs your going shooting that day of the next month.

all i want is to see more numbers down i love playing with a big crowd, imo milsim depends on it the most recent games ive played have been crap because of lack of numbers.

Sorry Stu when I read your post I took it that you wanted a which hunt. You have a good point in rewarding players for turning up. Maybe it is something Sam could look at. Bring in the numbers for Sams site is good for everyone to be honest, it means we have somewhere to play airsoft in the first place.

The one thing we should be doing is promoting airsoft and inviting people who have never played to try it out. Which I know allot of players already do. Maybe rewarding players who bring more than 4 rentals to a game should get in free. I don't know it is only an idea. Maybe a new thread should be started in to looking at ways Foxtrot could be promoting airsoft in the local area. When I speak to people they are surprised to hear that foxtrot exists.
